Chesapeake Card Consignment helps collectors sell sports cards without the hassle of creating listings, taking photos, answering buyer questions, packing orders, and shipping.
We handle the entire selling process from start to finish while providing transparent pricing, professional service, and weekly payouts.

Single card
Individual sports cards
$1 Per Card
Professional photos, eBay listing creation, customer service, sale processing, packing, and shipping.
Lots
Multiple cards sold together as one lot
$4 Per Lot
Professional listing and sale of card lots.
Commission Rates
Commission is based on the final sale price after eBay fees.
$1 - $99.99
15%
Commission is calculated from the final sale price. Sellers are responsible for all eBay selling fees. Single cards have a $1 listing fee. Card lots have a $4 listing fee.
$100 - $499.99
12%
Commission is calculated from the final sale price. Sellers are responsible for eBay selling fees.
$500 - $999.99
10%
Commission is calculated from the final sale price. Sellers are responsible for eBay selling fees.
$1,000+
8%
Commission is calculated from the final sale price. Sellers are responsible for eBay selling fees.
Payout Schedule
Seller payments are issued weekly for completed sales with confirmed buyer payment. No upfront payment is required when submitting cards. Listing fees and commission are deducted from sales proceeds before payout.
Sunday Payouts
Payments are issued every Sunday for completed sales.
Delayed Payments
Items sold but not paid for by the buyer before the scheduled payout date will be included in the next payout after payment is received.
Payment Methods
PayPal, Cash App, Zelle, and Apple Pay. Venmo and direct deposit coming soon.
No Upfront Fees
No upfront payment is required when submitting cards. Listing fees and commission are deducted from your sales proceeds after your items sell. You only pay when your items sell.

Submission Requirements
Cards must be submitted in penny sleeves and top loaders. Single cards are listed individually. Lots must be grouped together and clearly identified.
Please note: Penny sleeves and top loaders submitted with cards become the property of Chesapeake Card Consignment and will not be returned with unsold cards.

Please include your name, email address, and phone number with all submissions. Cards must be submitted in penny sleeves and top loaders. Lots must be grouped together and clearly identified.
Shipping & Tracking
All sold items are carefully packaged and shipped with tracking. Chesapeake Card Consignment handles buyer communication, packaging, shipping, and tracking uploads.
Return Shipping
Unsold cards may be returned at the consignor’s expense or donated upon request.
What Happens After We Receive Your Cards?
From the moment your cards arrive to the day you get paid, here’s what you can expect from the Chesapeake Card Consignment process.
Submission Received
We inspect and organize your submission and confirm everything arrived safely.
Listing Process
Cards are researched, photographed, and professionally listed on eBay. You can expect listings to begin within a reasonable timeframe after receipt
Sales & Payouts
Once items sell, we handle buyer communication, shipping, and tracking. Payments are issued according to our published payout schedule.
All cards must be in penny sleeves and top loaders. Singles are listed individually. Cards submitted as lots must be grouped together.
